Grow Equities group investing in apartments and other commercial real estate throughout the US.

Grow Equities is looking for capital partners interested in receiving a 9%-15% average annual return over 5-10 years by investing in Multi-Family Apartment Buildings, Student Housing and other Commercial Real Estate in high growth, emerging markets throughout the US.

The minimum investment is $100,000 for our private Lenders and Equity Partners. Our capital partners can also invest with their 401(k) or IRA (please ask us how). Our strategies are to purchase $1M - $20M apartment properties of 35-200+ units as well as NNN Flex/R&D office and Medical Office Space, that are stable but present an opportunity for us to add value by raising rents, reducing expenses or a combination of both.

All capital partners will receive updates, and depending on the type of capital partner they join Grow Equities as, their cash flow distributions are made monthly, quarterly, annually or accrued until the sale or refinance of the property.
